The city of Chester will boast a brand-new eatery this spring. With a grand opening planned for April 28, the Ivy Collection has announced it is launching “The Ivy Chester Brasserie” which will offer dishes and drinks brimming with its signature style.
The all-new venue is The Ivy Collection’s 46th restaurant to date. Fashioned to complement Chester’s unique character, from its lively riverside scene to its medieval architecture, the new eatery will provide an elegant-yet-inviting location for all-day dining. The restaurant will also supply a fresh injection of employment opportunities, creating more than 100 roles in the area.
The Ivy’s Kate Cooper commented on the upcoming opening:
“We couldn’t be more excited to offer a vibrant yet relaxed space that reflects the richness of the city, welcoming both residents and visitors alike. Chester already boasts a rich hospitality culture, and we’re proud to become part of that story.”
With an impressive 163 covers capacity, the venue will feature an outdoor terrace that provides a perfect setting for guests to enjoy alfresco experiences from breakfasts and lunches to evening meals and cocktails.
Guests stepping inside can expect iconic dishes from The Ivy’s much-loved menu, plus seasonal specials and cleverly curated drinks. With over a century in the hospitality industry, the brand is respected for delivering accessible dining experiences of the highest quality.
The Ivy Chester Brasserie is based on Newgate Street in the centre of the city, close to the busy hospitality and retail quarter and the historic black and white Rows.
