British Cycling and Forestry England have teamed up to create their Breeze into the Forest event providing FREE women only guided group bike rides around the magnificent terrain of Delamere Forest.
The rides are designed for women 16 years or over of all abilities and every group ride is led by a qualified Breeze into the Forest Champions Kate and Jane, who will take you on an amazing tour of the forests trails taking in the stunning scenery and wildlife.
Your Breeze into the Forest Champions will organise everything and make sure everyone stays safe so you can just enjoy the ride and the phenomenal nature that Delamere Forest offers.
Joining a Breeze into the Forest ride, you can explore the forest in different ways, meet new like minded people, chat and of course enjoy some well earned tea and cake at the onsite café afterwards.
If you don't have your own bike you can hire one from Tracs with pre-booking, which only costs £20 for 3 hours.
*All riders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If you are registering a person aged under 16 who is not your child, you must have the consent of the parent or guardian of the child in question.
Meeting Point and Ride Info
Your Champions will be waiting for you at the Delamere Forest visitors cafe, CW8 2JD

In case of problems on the day (weather, mechanicals etc), the team have a Breeze Whatsapp chat which you can be added to. If you would like to be added please send your name and mobile number through the Get in Touch form on this page. This will allow us the team to communicate with each other pre ride, and keep you up to date with future rides.
Getting To Delamere Forest From Chester
Only 10 miles outside of Chester you can reach Delamere Forest from Chester within 25 mins by car or alternatively you can save the cost of parking and get a train directly from Chester to Delamere Forest's very own train station just 5-10 minutes from the visitors centre and cafe! - The train takes approximately 16 minutes, starts at the crack of dawn till late in the evening and around 27 trains travel there each day (roughly one every hour).
