Rediscover primitive butchery and cookery skills on this intimate, six-person course.
You will taste delicious, melt-in-the-mouth meat, all prepared by your own hands alongside expert tuition and guidance from Jamie Corry of The Wild Bushcraft Company.
You will learn:
About deer management and benefits of venison
How to skin and butcher a deer, stalked by the instructor himself
Different cooking techniques including carpaccio, steaks and roasts
Ancestral skills to make use of the hide and antlers
This course uses only equipment that you will already have at home so you can put the skills you learn to the test after the course to impress your family and friends.
A lunch feast is included and you will take home your share of the meat that you have butchered yourself.
