Chef's Showcase Dinner with Liam Experience at The Forge

The Forge is a restaurant in the heart of Chester and the perfect spot to enjoy a fabulous showcase dinner experience hosted by Demi Chef, Liam

Your evening is hosted and prepared by Demi Chef Liam Gill, Liam is only 17 and started cooking in lockdown with his brother at home. Liam just loves cooking and especially over fire. He began as a commis chef at The Forge and has just recently been promoted to Demi Chef de Partie.

Liam’s evening will be made with local British produce and Asian ingredients. His menu is driven by flavour and passion and said: “My inspiration comes from my head chef and his style, this menu is all about the food and flavours that he loves and wants to share the most”.
