Chester Castle and The Great War at Chester Castle

Chester Castle is hosting a special Armistice Day event at the city’s historical castle.

Come and join English Heritage for this free family friendly living history event on Saturday 11 November.

English Heritage will be telling the stories of Chester Castle World in War One.  Meet the soldiers and learn about the role women played during the war. Find out about civilian life and medicine.  Have a go at dressing up and visit the Medieval Chapel.

Entry is Free.

Dogs on leads are welcome.

Entrance via the County Court Car Park or city walls
