Chester Roman Tour with Lunch Experience at The Forge

The Forge is a restaurant in the heart of Chester and the perfect spot to enjoy the experience of a fabulous lunch after a fully guided tour of Chester with Roman Tours.

Be transported back nearly 2000 years, to visit the city of Chester when it was the largest Roman fortress in Britain; so large and well-appointed it has the unique feature of Britain’s biggest amphitheatre.

If you like something fresh, interesting, factual and fun – enjoy a perspective on history that perhaps you haven’t considered before, touring Chester with an authentic Roman Soldier guiding you on a light-hearted journey through Chester’s Roman Heritage.

The Roman Tour will begin at 12 pm from the Town Hall in Chester every Wednesday. Tours will last approximately 90 minutes.

After the tour its back to The Forge Restaurant where you will be able to book a table from 1.30 pm and enjoy a fabulous three course lunch.
