Join Chester Beer & Wine and the doyenne of Chocolate making, Bala Croman from The Chocolate Cellar, who is coming to impart her wisdom. Bala will be talking you through the history of chocolate, plus plenty of fun facts about chocolate that you didn’t know you didn’t know! You’ll than have the opportunity to make and decorate your own chocolate bars to take home with you (if they last that long!!)
