Glow Green Night Walk in Aid of Clatterbridge at Chester Racecourse

Get ready for a brand new Glow Green Night Walk in Chester on Friday 27 February. in aid of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.

The walk in Chester will begin at Chester Racecourse and you can come down from 6 pm onwards, when there will be entertainment before the walk officially starts at 7.30 pm.

A sea of green will then take to the walk, where you will take in iconic landmarks including; Queen’s Park Suspension Bridge, Chester Roman Gardens (where the lanterns will be for a moment of reflection), Chester Roman Amphitheatre, Eastgate Clock, Chester Cathedral, Chester Town Hall and more. Plus the buildings will be lighting up green for us.

The walk is a time to honour those affected by cancer, thank the people who care for them, and celebrate life-saving research happening right here in our region.

Entrance £20, 16 - 17 years £15. This event is for supporters 16 and over (age 16-17 will require a parent or guardian to consent).

Participants are kindly asked to raise a minimum of £50 - every penny raised supports local people with cancer.
