North Wales offers an amazing array of watersports and outdoor activities making the most of the stunning location on the banks of the Menai Strait.

Plas Menai is the National Outdoor Centre for Wales, offering a range of activities including sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, powerboating and yachting.  On offer is a busy and varied programme of five day (Monday - Friday) and weekend watersports courses, ranging from Learn to Sail weekends to Advanced Sea Kayaking weeks and with such a diverse range of possibilities on offer there's certain to be a course that is perfect for you.

As a RYA and BCU recognised training centre all of the courses are run to national governing body guidelines by fully qualifed and experienced instructors.

Families and youngsters are well catered for at the Centre with action-packed Family Fun weeks and weekends and Youth Activty Holidays run throughout the summer holidays. In late August there is a series of fun Youth Adventure Days in sailing, windsurfing and kayaking, which are the perfect introduction to these activities.
