Homemade Yorkshire puddings, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle roast potatoes, honey & rosemary roasted parsnips & carrots, braised red cabbage with a choice of pink in the middle roast beef, juicy roast chicken or melt in the mouth lamb shank, finished with lashings of homemade red wine gravy - the type of gravy your nan/gran would have made leaving you wanting chunks of bread to mop it up!
