Chester, founded as a Roman Fortress and rich in all the mystery and mythology that goes with it, just had to be the perfect location for The Alchemist's very special brand of molecular mixology and devilishly delicious menus. In fact, there couldn't be a better place for the 10th Alchemist venue.
So prepare to be bedazzled by The Alchemist in Chester. Right where the mighty Roman Centurions once trained for battle and the less fortunate are rumoured to have reluctantly taken their chances with some rather peckish lions. But don't worry, they rarely carry on with those traditions.
