Naming themselves with a tip of their hat to the borough of New Orleans that carried rock’n’roll through its earliest days, The Tremé (pronounced Trem-ay) are an 8-Piece Soul and Funk Band based in the North West of England comprised of musicians from across the North West of England.
Taking their influences from the Hits of Northern Soul, Motown, Stax and the musicians that played on those tracks (most notably, The Funk Brothers and The Wrecking Crew), they work to bring the spirit of those musicians to whatever the occasion.
