The Upside Down Cabaret at The Live Rooms

Now in their 2nd year this LGBTQIA+-led event promotes queer artistry of all kinds, with performers from neurodivergent, disabled and marginalised backgrounds as well as showcasing the best in new and alternative drag, pop culture and nerdlesque, parody and satire, multimedia performance art and beyond.
Hosted and run by a fantastic team of local talent, including Chester’s dashing drag king Mr Brake Down, Wrexham’s premier parody queen Miss Cherry Good, and Buckley’s brightest burlesque babe Miss Kitty De Vyne, the show promises thrills, laughter and quality entertainment in an inclusive joyous space.

🎤 Hosting the night is proud trans man and local drag legend, Mr. Brake Down, who will guide you through a whirlwind of fabulous performances whilst offering some very special songs of his own.
🎶 Be prepared to laugh out loud with our highly amusing parody queen and drag diva extraordinaire, Miss Cherry Good, whose witty performances are sure to delight and debauch you once again.
💃 Returning to the stage is the sensational burlesque star, Kitty De Vyne, bringing her signature charm and allure back to the Upside Down for some powerful, pride-fuelled performances.
👑 We're also thrilled to welcome back Manchester’s original Canal Street King, the incredible Wolfy, whose vocals and energy are nothing short of legendary. It’s been almost a year since this proud trans king was part of our lineup and we’re delighted to have him back.
💋 And don’t miss the very special debut of local burlesque babe, Scarlet Seductive, set to captivate and enchant in her first ever performance with the Upside Down Cabaret. It’s sure to be a very special moment as we welcome her to the family!
