Tracs (UK) Ltd provides bicycle hire, repairs, coaching and sales at Delamere Forest, Cheshire and Wirral Country Park, Thurstaston, Wirral.

Hire the latest mountain bikes, children’s bikes, buggies and child seats.  Browse the shop’s stock of new bikes and accessories or, if your own bike needs repairing, swing by and have the mechanics get you back on the trails.

If you’re looking to get the most out of your riding time, why not book an accredited mountain bike leader who can take you or your group straight to the best trails. Coaching is available too if you want to sharpen your skills and learn to mountain bike safely or, if you’ve never ridden before the staff at Tracs can teach you to do so in a safe traffic free location.

Both sites are conveniently located close to the trails, with onsite parking available and a staff of trained cycle coaches who can direct you to the most suitable routes.

Delamere Forest Bike Hire is situated within the Forest Centre Car Park, next to the newly built visitor centre and café, just a 5–10-minute walk from the train station. Delamere’s 2400 acres of forest offers a rich mix of challenging single-track riding and short downhill sections as well as extensive bridleways and gravel trails if you just want to enjoy the fresh air and beauty of the forest.

If you’re looking for something more coastal then why not visit Tracs at the Wirral Country Park Visitor Centre, Thurstaston, and explore the Wirral coastline via the Wirral Circular Trail; 35 miles of safe cycle ways that pass through some of the region’s best attractions, from the West Kirby Marina and views of the world-famous Liverpool Waterfront to the RSPB wetlands reserve and the historic coastal village of Parkgate, all punctuated by a selection of excellent restaurants and cafes.

Tracs UK offers a host of organised events and training opportunities; from corporate team building days; instructor lead school and college rides; children’s parties; and stag and hen do’s. If you are looking to become a coach yourself Tracs UK is a provider of the Mountain Bike Instructors Award Scheme in which you can qualify to become an accredited Mountain Bike leader; and for any aspiring mechanics, there is a selection of workshop courses available too.

All Tracs staff are D.B.S cleared, and MIAS accredited mountain bike leaders and their mechanics are Cytech qualified.
