As one of the fastest growing sports in the world Stand Up Paddle Boarding, commonly known as SUP is a phenomenal activity for keeping you fit and toning your core!

Blackgoat Adventures offer SUP experiences from beginner level right up to have the skill level to do yoga on your board, surf on it or hit the white water rapids plus guided tours and group experiences.

SUP opens up a whole new world with such a sense of freedom and connection with nature and wildlife from a perspective we are not usually exposed to whether you be on a lake, river or the sea and Blackgoat Adventures provide Stand up paddle boarding at all the following locations – River Dee-Chester (CH3 5UL - free parking for up to 4 hours), Farndon-Chester (CH3 6QF free parking), Cheshire Canals, Red rocks-Wirral, Borth-Wales, Abersoch-Wales.

Slackline Workshops

The Blackgoat Adventure team are also experts when it comes to teaching you how to master slacklining which if you've never heard of it before it's the art of balancing and walking across a piece of polyester webbing approximately 5 cm wide.

It differs from tight rope walking in that the tension is looser (hence the name) which allows more movement and flow as you traverse it which is incredible balance and core training and superb fun!
