To celebrate the relaunch of Twenty Eight Restaurant & Lounge, the first event in the newly refurbished lounge will be an evening dedicated to Champagne.

Enjoy a relaxed evening hosted by Thibault Lopin, Export Manager for EPC Champagne, the Épernay-based house that prides itself on traceability in every cuvée. From vineyard origin to grape composition, each bottle tells the story of exactly where it comes from and how it was blended, offering a rare level of openness in Champagne.

Thibault will guide you through four EPC Champagnes, each representing an iconic style of Champagne - Brut, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, exploring what makes each one unique and how grape variety, village and terroir shape their character.

£65 per person.

Alongside the wines, will be a selection of plates designed to complement the Champagnes, making this a relaxed and sociable way to experience the new concept.
