Hickory's Smokehouse is an authentic American BBQ, located on the banks of the River Dee where you can enjoy a traditional style of cooking that has its roots in the US but is now firmly rooted in Chester.  You are assured of a warm Southern hospitality family-friendly welcome.

Born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, they learnt all things smokin’ from the best pitmasters across the region. From a menu bursting with smokehouse classics and barbecue favourites, to a team of passionate pitmasters, brilliant bartenders and sensational servers - it's all about rolling out that warm Southern hospitality!

are a must. Or for when you can’t decide and just want to try it all, go for the The Smokehouse Platter, a.k.a the ultimate choice for any BBQ lover!
For the ‘non-smokers’ check out one of the mouthwatering Mac ‘n’ Cheese dishes, warmin’ Gumbos or Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon. Or if a burger is more your style then the Go Big Or Go Home is the one for you!

The kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of Mums, Dads and kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to
burgers and popcorn chicken bites, to smaller versions of all the shakes. The cinema room and fro-co station are on hand to keep the little ones entertained too!

All you need to do is decide what you’re having then you can kick back, relax and let Hickory's look after you.
