Twenty Eight is an independent restaurant from the team behind Chef's Table and Field 28, bringing you seasonal dishes fresh from the field by head chef Jay Tanner.
Enjoy a seasonal menu with a strong focus on British flavours, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and a classic wine list.. Dishes are developed from produce supplied daily by Field 28, a family-run urban farm in Daresbury, specialising in pesticide and biocide-free specialty leaf and heritage produce.
