Twenty Eight is an independent Tapas restaurant from the team behind Chef's Table and Field 28, bringing you dishes fresh from the field by head chef Jay Tanner.

Enjoy a menu that features an inventive and ever-changing selection of vegetarian, meat, fish and game plates, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and wines. Dishes are developed from produce supplied daily by Field 28, a family-run urban farm in Daresbury, specialising in pesticide and biocide-free specialty leaf and heritage produce.
