The free-to-enter Wildlife Connections Festival, which is in its sixth year, takes place in September at the 14 acre Nature Reserve
The two-day family friendly fun event has a serious conservation message and will highlight the issue that 50% of the UK native species are now in decline.
Special guests will host interactive shows at the Festival.
The jam-packed line-up includes loads of activities for the whole family, from bug hunting to willow weaving and this year there is a brand new space called the creative corner where festival goers can take part in dance and music workshops.
Join in the activities or just sit back, relax and enjoy some live music. Whatever you choose to do you'll have a fun, wildlife-inspired day!”
The zoo’s Wildlife Connections Festival is in association with Darwin Escapes and is part of its wider Wildlife Connections campaign – helping to prevent the extinction of UK wildlife by creating new areas of high quality habitat in gardens, parklands and community spaces.
