A Sunday isn’t complete without a delicious roast and we serve ours all day, together with an impressive list of specials, all of which can be enjoyed with views over the famous racecourse.

1539’s well-stocked cellar boasts an impressive collection of Champagnes, wines and spirits, and the cocktail list is certainly worth exploring with some delicious nibbles from the bar menu.
