Between Monday 23 September and Friday 4 October (excluding Sunday), savour our reinventions of classic British fayre (£32.00 for 3 courses):
“Fish and chips”, pan-seared cod with matchstick potato, pea purée, warm tartar and confit lemon
Braised rump of Welsh Valley Lamb with miniature shepherd’s pie and minted peas
Baked custard tart with nutmeg pastry and Garibaldi biscuits
