Enjoy a ‘hands on’ gin experience with a difference, as you’re given the chance to blend your very own bottle of bespoke gin to take home, using a personally concocted recipe of botanicals and flavours.
Learn about the process and chemistry in producing gin from connoisseur Chris Abbot, from the choosing of botanicals and operating a still, right through to the designing, naming and tasting of your own ‘gin brand’.
Whilst your gin distils, you’ll be taken on a journey through the history, customs and culture of this popular spirit, from its origins to the current gin renaissance.
Your afternoon will also be complemented by a mouth-watering 3-course lunch, along with some sample gin and tonics to get the creative juices flowing.
