Jing (Physical Essence). What to expect from the morning session:
Gentle joint-opening & spine-loosening exercises. Feel your physical heart.
Foundational LifeForce Qigong alignment and movements to strengthen and energise.
Embryonic breathing for internal peace, balance and energy cultivation.
Patting and dredging techniques to invigorate energy pathways.
