Hot on the heels of Halloween, a tribute act dedicated to one of the spookiest rock bands of all time will play live in Chester.
The home of music and comedy in the city, The Live Rooms, is welcoming “Kiss! Dressed to Kill!” to its stage next month. Described as the ultimate Kiss tribute, the band are not only the first ever act of its kind in Europe, but the longest-running Kiss tribute show in the world.
Renowned for their wild riffs, outlandish costumes, stage pyrotechnics and horror makeup, Kiss burst onto the rock music scene in the 70s to critical success. Since they retired in 2023, acts like Kiss! Dressed to Kill! have filled the void, giving members of the “Kiss Army” a chance to hear their favourite tracks performed live.
Kiss fans attending the upcoming performance at the Live Rooms will be treated two a two-hour set featuring classics songs and greatest hits that may include numbers like “I Was made for Loving You”, “Deuce”, “Nothing to Lose” and the anthemic “God Gave Rock and Roll to You”, among many others.
No Kiss show would be complete without unforgettable special effects, and the tribute act is designed not to disappoint complete with fire-breathing band members and explosions.
Dressed to Kill will now be in Room L1 at The Live Rooms on Saturday, November 1. The event opens at 7 pm and tickets are priced between £16.5 and £20. The show is suited to those aged 14 and over, and the venue is simple to spot at 1 Station Road in Chester.
