The Chester Fields delicious food and drink and Oak & Smoke pizzas are now available outside in the expansive garden area and there are even heaters and blankets for when the weather is being predictably British.  Booking for outdoor seating is not required and is offered on a first come first served basis.

The Chester Fields isn’t your usual country pub and restaurant. You see, they like to do things differently, have a bit of fun & perhaps break some of the rules along the way.

They are the only venue that actually has a field full of Alpacas that you can book for experiences. Great for the family!

We’ve also heard through the grapevine that they are about to build a 14 bedroom hotel on site that will be extremely popular for weddings, Chester Races and the ever-increasing tourist population visiting Chester.

Their welcoming converted barn is the perfect setting for any occasion. From cosy couple dining to bespoke weddings and big blow out celebrations. They even boast glorious gardens for Al Fresco dining (as long as the Great British weather plays ball of course!) & the private ski-style huts for drinking ice-cold beer are the ideal escape from reality. With great real ales and authentic Austrian Schnapps, there’s no better place to kick back, relax and enjoy the company of friends, family and business people.

They take great pride in sourcing the majority of the food on their carefully produced menu from local suppliers and have won numerous awards in just about every category, in particular best use of local produce for 5 consecutive years.
