Christmas sparkle is returning to the cloisters of Chester Cathedral from mid November when they will be filled with over 80 majestic Christmas trees as the Christmas Tree Festival returns for another year.
This year you can come to the Christmas Tree Festival light switch on event on Thursday 21 November, when you can enjoy a small carol concert, turning on the lights and a glass of prosecco (non alcoholic alternative available). Choral Evensong is on between 5.30 – 6.15 pm, followed by the Christmas Tree Festival switch-on and viewing hour from 6.30 - 7.30 pm.
