The Heart of Chester Walking Tour

The Heart of Chester Walking Tour will take you on a journey of discovery to the heart of the ancient and romantic city of Chester.

Led by professional Green Badge Tourist Guides Caroline and Phil, they will tell you tales of Roman soldiers and their local wives, landed gentry and their grand winter assemblies, a Duke and his mistress and so much more.

They combine the fascinating history of the city with the stories of the lives and loves of its people throughout the centuries.

As you walk through the city you will enjoy the stunning views and hear surprising tales of times gone by, often humorous and sometimes even spicy.
