Dinosaur Action to Come to Chester Estate

Cheshire attraction Bolesworth Castle recently announced it will be presenting an interactive experience entitled Jurassic Live Adventure this summer.

Renowned for being a well-appointed country home on the outskirts of Chester with magnificent grounds, Bolesworth is also a major events venue for the county. However, next month the select location will have some new inhabitants sourced from the days when dinosaurs walked the earth.

The summer event will involve experienced dino rangers taking intrepid explorers of every age on an original hour-long prehistoric excursion across Bolesworth’s ‘Jurassic Forest’, which will be packed with dinosaurs of every shape and size.

Guests of Bolesworth embarking on the adventure will be able to witness an army of dinosaurs during the immersive encounter, including triceratops, velociraptors, and the mighty tyrannosaurus rex, to name just a few of the Jurassic species present.

Managing Director for Bolesworth, Nina Barbour, commented:

“Whilst we have plenty of experience of looking after horses at Bolesworth, it’s safe to say dinosaurs are a different beast! This summer we can’t wait welcome everyone… to Jurassic Live Adventure at Bolesworth.”

Organised by Bolesworth, the family friendly event will be taking place in partnership with the Wrexham-based company Jurassic Live, which specialises in presenting dinosaur stage shows throughout the UK.

Those taking the tour will have the opportunity to get close to the dinosaurs and enjoy a small funfair with food and drinks readily available before and after.

Jurassic Live Adventure will be open from Tuesday, July 25 to Sunday, July 30 at the Bolesworth Estate on Old Coach Road in Tattenhall, Chester.
