Chester Ice Cream Farm Launches Inclusive Play Feature

Celebrated for having the largest ice cream parlour in the world, Chester’s Ice Cream Farm was recently dubbed “Cheshire’s Visitor Attraction of the Year”. Now the award-winning venue has unveiled a brand-new experience for visitors called “Ice Cream Fields”.

The cutting-edge playground is located outdoors and has been designed to redefine flavour, fun and feelings of inclusivity. The immersive area pays tribute to the favoured flavours of ice cream sold at the farm with lively zones named Vanilla Valley, Dream Berry Meadow, Chocolate Rock, Bubble gum Creek and the Mint Marshlands. Each of the new playlands is designed to inspire the imagination of children and help them explore, climb and move with fun-filled features.

At the epicentre of Ice Cream Fields kids will discover the “Flavour Generator”, the venue’s cleverly engineered motion-powered interactive arch choc-full of ice cream-themed surprises and games. Flavour Stations have also been installed at the hub to release scents of the farm’s mouth-watering ice creams transforming playtime into an adventure for the senses.

CEO for The Ice Cream Farm, Jonathan Fell, commented on the new feature:

“With Ice Cream Fields, we’ve gone even further, bringing together play, imagination, and flavour in a way that’s never been done before. It’s a true celebration of everything we stand for – fun, innovation, and creating magical memories.”

The recent launch also marks a decade since attraction undertook a major redevelopment, a pivotal milestone in its story so far. The Ice Cream Farm is simple to find at Drumlan Hall on Newton Lane in Chester.
