Based in rural Cheshire, BeWILDerwood is a family-friendly attraction based on the beloved book series by children’s author Tom Blofeld.

Around half an hour away from Chester by car, it’s a popular spot for holidaymakers in the city travelling with children and offers little ones a rich bounty of outdoor adventures from wobbling rope bridges to slippery slopes. Now, the award-winning play park has declared its plans for Easter, including its own unique take on the event’s celebrated rabbit.

From Saturday, April 5 to Sunday, April 27 visitors are invited to join BeWILDerwood’s “Pesky Bunnies” for an enchanting day filled with colourful characters and exciting egg-related activities.

Children will get a chance for a meet and greet with Cedric the Easter Bunny and can sit down with a snack at the Storytelling Stage for an update of what the park’s pesky bunnies have been getting up to. There will also be a special Easter trail to follow lined with giant eggs. Those who manage to complete the trail will get their own BeWILDerwood badge at the finish line.

While an abundance of opportunities for outdoor fun exists at BeWILDerwood, with an understanding that children are individuals with their own needs and tastes, quieter activities are also included in the park. Additionally, while many features are designed with children in mind, the park was created for all members of the family to enjoy, including adults.

BeWILDerwood is easy to find in Malpas at Bickley Moss, Cheshire.
