What is Chester parkrun?

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

When is it?

Every Saturday at 9 am.

Where is it?

The event takes place at the Countess of Chester Country Park, Valley Drive, Chester, Cheshire, CH2 1UL.

What does it cost to join in?

Nothing - it's free! but if you want your time to be recorded just register on the Parkrun website before you first come along so they can send you a scannable copy of your barcode that you present at the finish line.

Everyone takes part for their own enjoyment, just join in whatever your pace!

It is entirely organised by volunteers - fill in the enquiry form if you wish to get involved helping.

Parkrun are a super friendly bunch!

Every week they grab a post parkrun coffee in the Little Owl Pub, which opens especially for the parkrun crew at 9:30am and everyone is welcome!
