Registered charity and renowned conservationist Chester Zoo recently announced that Summer 2023 will welcome the return of its rare “Into the Night” evenings.

The special events will take place on a limited number of select dates throughout June, July and August, and provide a unique experience for visitors.

Held during hours when Chester Zoo is typically closed to members of the public, guests can experience its 128 acres and 27,000 animals in a whole new light. All proceeds of the summer programme will help fund the Chester attraction’s continuing conservation efforts to help wildlife around the world survive and thrive.

Those who buy tickets for the evening events will also be treated to a wide array of unique entertainment. This includes skilful acrobats, flash mob-style dance troops and talented animal-themed stilt walkers. Food and drink will also be readily available for visitors seeking to make a night of the event.

The 2023 edition of the Into the Night evenings will feature all new activities that were previously unavailable. These will include celebrity guest appearances, exclusive screenings at the Luna Cinema and two evenings designed for adults only.

An acclaimed outdoor attraction, The Luna Cinema will be screening The Greatest Showman, Top Gun: Maverick and the classic musical Grease over August. Zoo guests are invited to enjoy their film of choice from a comfortable director’s chair with a glass of champagne.

A limited number of tickets will be available for the Zoo evenings and admission is charged at £16 for adults and £10 for children.
