Much loved for offering an exemplary taste of the Mediterranean, Artezzan is a successful dining spot in the centre of Chester.
Now, the city eatery is embarking on an all-new chapter as it experiences a change in ownership.
Along with his associates, Cameron Ryalls, a local businessman, will now run the well-established eatery in conjunction with the restaurant’s committed team. Ryalls already operates and owns two other vibrant venues in the city, the bar and canteen, BONOBO operating out of Chester Cathedral on St John’s Street, and surf and turf bistro Moules A Go-Go on Cuppin Street is delighted to add Artezzan to the fold.
Commenting, Ryalls said:
“Artezzan has built a fantastic reputation for quality food and outstanding service. We are thrilled to lead the restaurant into this new era and continue providing the experience our loyal guests love.”
To support a smooth transition, Artezzan’s founding director Jim Dorrington has worked close with Ryalls and his team. While Dorrington is moving on to new projects, he wished the new owners well and commented that he felt that Ryalls and his associates would build on the restaurant’s firm foundations and do a good job.
With renewed energy and dedication to excellence, the existing management at Artezzan and its team will keep welcoming diners with its established Mediterranean hospitality and warmth they have experienced since it first launched in 2021.
A freshly designed spring menu is now planned to launch the beginning of a brand-new era.
