Chester Ice Cream Farm Promises Summer of Fun

Celebrated Chester attraction Tattenhall’s Ice Cream Farm recently unveiled its plans for the summer school holidays.

Launching the six-week cessation of schooling, the popular parlour, playpark and drive-in will be celebrating National Ice Cream Day on July 21 by giving out free tasters selected from the farm’s award-winning range of over 50 different flavours.

The event will also kick-off ten days of uninterrupted half-price admission.

Owner and CEO the Ice Cream Farm’s CEO and owner, Jonathan Fell, commented on the attraction’s family-first and cost-conscious agenda:

“We know that the six weeks of summer can take its toll on family finances. So, we hope this offer, and the free extras we have scheduled, help to make a trip to The Ice Cream Farm more affordable for parents and carers of school-age children.”

Offering flexible ways to visit, families can choose to just pick up some pre-ordered ice cream from the drive-in, drop by and enjoy one attraction to cut costs, or spend the whole day at the farm.

July 27 and 28 will feature Circus Skills Workshops, allowing visitors to get to grips with plate spinning and juggling while munching on mouth-watering popcorn. A brand-new attraction is also opening at the Ice Cream Farm this summer called “Sweet Success”, a family-friendly adventure where teams track down a secret recipe against the clock in an escape room styled up like a sweet shop.

Throughout the holidays, the farm will also play host to the UK’s emergency services and registered charities, who will be offering educational experiences to visitors with informative talks on topics ranging from fire safety to sun protection.
