World-Class Music Headed for Delamere Forest

Less than 12 miles from Chester, Delamere Forest is some of Cheshire’s most treasured woodland safeguarded by Forestry England. This summer it’s once more participating in Forest Live, a series of music events held annually in the UK’s forests with all ticket sales used to help protect them for posterity.

Offering music lovers a chance to commune with nature while witnessing live performances, the June concerts will see internationally famous artists play sets amidst Delamere’s deciduous and evergreen trees over four consecutive days.

Pop Goddess Becky Hill will open the event playing a set filled with smash hits from her starry career. Known for her impressive stage presence and vocal prowess, the celebrated singer has claimed two BRIT Awards and has multiple of Top 40 singles to her credit.

Soul composer, producer, and guitarist extraordinaire Nile Rogers will perform on the second day with CHIC, and the third day of the event will see UK songsmith Sting take to the stage. Between his solo work and days with The Police, the singer-songwriter and bassist has chalked up over a hundred million record sales and won countless awards.

Canadian rock icon Bryan Adams will close the series at Delamere Forest playing classic tracks from his extensive songbook which may include hits like “Summer of ‘69”, “Can’t Stop this Thing We Started”, and “Run to You”.

The Delamere edition of Forest Live 2024 will now run from Thursday, June 13 to Sunday, June 16. Festival tickets are available that allow music fans to attend all four shows or concerts can be attended individually.
