Chester Ice Cream Farm Reveals Scoops of Autumn activities

The Ice Cream Farm at Drumlan Hall in Chester recently unveiled new plans for the autumn season.

Highlights include a whole host of fun family-friendly activities, as well as brand-new flavours of ice cream which draw on the fall season for inspiration.

On the farm’s events calendar is an original “World of Wizardry” experience featuring multiple rooms where kids can interact with classes in herbology, charming, dark arts and potion making under the tutelage of friendly professors. At the first of its kind “Ice Cream Drive In” visitors can take part in a pumpkin picking session to find their perfect Jack O’ Lantern. Both these events are scheduled for weekends throughout October and the whole of half term.

Back by popular demand, the Ice Cream Farm’s Fireworks & Fun nights are returning for 2024. This includes two evenings featuring inclusive, quiet fireworks displays at the beginning of November in honour of Bonfire Night.

The Ice Cream Farm’s Owner and CEO, Jonathan Fell, commented on activities designed for children of different ages and those with special needs:

“We have Toddler Time and Lunch with Peppa Pig that are ideal for pre-schoolers; our Escape Room is open at weekends and fun for the whole family; we’re putting on a dedicated World of Wizardry Special Educational Needs (SEN) session for families with children who need a quieter space.”

Visitors to the Chester attraction can also try two brand-new ice cream flavours on sale over autumn, “Sticky Toffee Pudding” and “Toffee Popcorn”.
