Evening Event Returns to Chester Zoo

Chester Zoo recently announced that its popular “Into the Night” event will be returning for the summer months in 2023.

Offering zoo visitors an opportunity to experience all it has to offer over the longer and warmer evenings, the opportunity offers access for just £10 per person. Two different types of Into the Night events are now offered suited to families and adults respectively. However, each will provide visitors with a chance to appreciate after-hour access, special guest appearances, award-winning food and drink, and talented live entertainers.

Adult Only Evenings are exclusive to mature animal enthusiasts seeking a chilled and child-free atmosphere where they can enjoy a quiet cocktail while listening to guest speakers and exploring the zoo.

Family Evenings are designed for groups of all ages and give visitors a chance to sail down the Lazy River at Sunset, or discover the evening routine of the zoos furry, featured and scaly residents while watching live entertainment.

The Zoo has already announced its first guest speaker for the evening events – wildlife presenter and filmmaker, Bertie Gregory. The Nat Geo producer and award-winning cinematographer is renowned for his work with Sir David Attenborough and will be sharing his adventures at Chester on Friday, June 30.

Along with fresh food and drinks served onsite, the zoo evenings will also feature a range of live performers, including fan artists, acrobats, and stilt walkers.

The Into the Night events at Chester Zoo will take place in June, July, and August in the hours between 4 pm and 9 pm.
