Home to the world’s biggest ice cream shop and a leading attraction, Cheshire’s Ice Cream Farm is celebrated for its seasonal programme.
The award-winning and record-breaking venue recently announced its plans for Christmas, allowing visitors and residents of Cheshire a chance to prepare. The farm’s activities often sell out swiftly – especially its special educational needs sessions, so the early announcement is designed to ensure no one misses out on the excitement.
Children visiting the venue during the festive period can drop by Santa’s Grotto and the Elves’ Workshop. Here, they can enjoy a meet and greet with the man in the red suit inside his lodge, and pick out their own gift from the workshop.
Yuletide activities are planned for children to partake in, like making reindeer food to leave out for Santa’s flying sleigh bearers. Little ones can also select two scoops of the Ice Cream Farm’s finest to enjoy in a quality collectable mug.
A Cookie Making session with Santa’s elves will allow children access to a festive cookie-making kit and make freshly baked cookies placed in a special presentation bag. The experience also includes free play on an attraction of their choosing.
The Bottomless Breakfast with Santa will allow families to enjoy a full breakfast in the Sticky Paws diner with Santa for an hour of unlimited coffee, tea and fruit juice. Children receive a gift, and a chance to have their picture taken with Santa.
Finally, at the Storytime with Santa experience, each child will get a gift, snack box and photo opportunity while Santa Claus reads them an interactive story.
Activities will start on Monday, 4 November.
