Home to the largest ice cream parlour in the world, The Ice Cream Farm in Chester is renowned for serving over 50 different flavours.
From traditional chocolate to imaginative options like bubble-gum and Jammy Dodger, there’s a scoop to suit all tastes, including non-dairy choices for special diets.
While the award-winning ice cream will always be the main attraction at this Cheshire hotspot, the farm also boasts record-breaking activities for kids. Read on for three fun-filled attractions.
Daisy’s Garden
Named for the farm’s colourful cow character Crazy Daisy, this magical garden offers an engaging adventure playground where kids can crawl, climb, swing and balance. From a flavour forest filled with upside down trees of every colour to the magical ice cream tree that constantly creates snow whatever the weather, the garden is an essential stop for every visit.
Honeycomb Canyon
Earning a Guinness World Record for being the largest indoor water and sand play area, Honeycomb Canyon offers a heated hive for indoor family fun. Inside this installation there are playhouses, sandpits, water pools, channels and mills, offering hours of imaginative entertainment. A set of spare clothes or waterproofs and wellies are a wise move for this activity.
Rocky Road
Finally, the Rocky Road allows families to try out a thrilling new track in miniature Land Rover. All these vehicles were recently upgraded with off-road tyres and all-round bumpers for an enhanced experience on the twists and turns of the Rocky Road, which takes drivers through muddy paths while searching for wild animals.
The Ice Cream Farm can be found at Newton Lane in Tattenhall, Chester.
