This summer will see Chester welcome back Cheshire Fashion Week for three special evenings. The June event has been dubbed “Porsche Chester and Cheshire Fashion Week” as Porsche Automobile is sponsoring the occasion for 2024.
This year’s edition will once again highlight the latest trends in fashion and feature catwalk displays and fashion shows, awards ceremonies recognising excellence and achievements, and offer industry networking opportunities for aspiring models and make-up artists. It will showcase the creations of both regional and international fashion designers, while celebrating retail brands, fashion enthusiasts and creatives in the area with the aim of establishing Chester as a key destination for UK fashion.
The event will begin with an invitation-only opening night reception. The evening will be joint presented by Porsche Chester and Cheshire Fashion Week CEO Claire Namukolo Raven and held at Chester’s celebrated Abode Hotel on Nicholas Street. The main Fashion Week event which is open to the public will then take place the following evening. Grade Listed Chester Cathedral on St Werburgh Street will host the occasion. The night after, the festivities will come to an end with a family-friendly closing event at Porsche Centre Chester’s car showrooms based at the Cheshire Oaks designer outlet.
Cheshire Fashion Week is the region’s largest industry event for fashion and beauty and was founded in 2018, with the first edition held a year later.
The event will run from Thursday, June 13 to Saturday, June 15; tickets are available priced between £35.37 to £850.
