Refurbished Wirral Venue Enjoys Epic Opening Weekend

After an extensive refurbishment project, The Manor at Greasby recently opened for business on Friday, March 17, marking the start of what turned out to be a hugely successful first weekend.

The newly conceived wedding barn and restaurant for Wirral timed its opening perfectly for Mother’s Day celebrations, but the run up to the big weekend began on the Thursday with a VIP launch party. The event saw the venue team hold a press launch and host more than 300 guests, including the Mayor of Wirral, Councillor Jeff Green.

A Grade II listed building that dates to the 17th Century, The Manor at Greasby will now be operated by Nelson Hotels and Inns, a family-run collection of inns, restaurants and hotels that has won numerous awards. Combining its celebrated blend of impeccable service with delicious dining experiences, the team has worked hard to create a brand new multiuse space that caters for every taste.

General Manager for The Manor at Greasby, James McAdam, commented on the recent event:

“Our opening weekend has been an absolute success! We knew how anticipated our launch was set to be from the local area, but we couldn’t be happier with the response we’ve had so far.”

The newly improved building now features a refurbished dining area that offers an elevated menu in a relaxed setting, and an adjoining luxury events and wedding venue with capacity for 80 seated guests.

The Manor at Greasby is located at 91 Greasby Road in Greasby, Wirral.
