This session is designed to give you the best possible introduction to white water kayaking - you'll meet at Sandy Lane in Chester and paddle down through town to the mighty Chester Weir, where a set of water steps have been built for fish to pass up the river and provide an ideal play spot for kayakers!

Under the guidance of expert instructors, you'll have a taster for what white water kayaking is all about.

No kayaking experience is necessary, but it helps if you have an open mind and a can-do attitude.

By the end of the experience you'll not only have learned a bit more about kayaking but you'll also have conquered your first rapids in your own boat.
