Chester Pub Presents Breakfast for All Appetites

A rural haven, the Chester Fields Country Pub and Restaurant is under 15 minutes from the city walls, making it a great choice for breakfast or brunch.

Surrounded by stunning Chester countryside, the pub’s menu covers both meals and lets diners style up their sustenance with champagne for celebrations or freshly brewed coffee to drive their day.

Classic brunch needs are covered with a selection of speciality egg dishes, including Royale and Benedict alongside sumptuous scramblers on a buttered bloomer. For virtuous eaters, there are granola bowls loaded with berries and locally sourced honey and served with a choice of Greek or coconut vegan yoghurt. While incredibly healthy, these options taste deliciously decadent.

The pub also presents plates to heartily cure a hangover for different diets and appetite sizes. Described as “The Mammoth Muncher”, the Chester Fields’ Full English double streaky rashers and Hayrick Farm sausages with two fried eggs, filed mushroom, baked beans, hashbrowns, plum tomato and black pudding. A pot of tea, toasted bloomer and orange juice are served alongside. Diners with a smaller stomach can opt for a scaled down version called “The Skinny Mini”.

Finally, the Grass Muncher is an option for vegan breakfasters and brunch lovers. It includes plant-based vegan sausages, plum tomato, crushed avocado, baked beans, a duo of mushrooms and bloomer bread.

The Chester Fields Country Pub and Restaurant is based at Sandfield Farm on Chester Road in Chester. The breakfast and brunch menu is available at the pub served between 11 am and 12 pm each day.
