A glittering award ceremony was held on Thursday evening, 28 October, in Chester Cathedral to announce the winners of this year’s Chester BID Customer Service Awards. Â Nominations are voted for by the public and then the shortlisted businesses are visited anonymously by adjudicators who have given their verdict. Â Chester is full of so many businesses that go the extra mile to make the city the special place we all know and love.
