A glittering award ceremony was held on Thursday evening, 28 October, in Chester Cathedral to announce the winners of this year’s Chester BID Customer Service Awards. Nominations are voted for by the public and then the shortlisted businesses are visited anonymously by adjudicators who have given their verdict. Chester is full of so many businesses that go the extra mile to make the city the special place we all know and love.
