Five-star city hotel the Chester Grosvenor has unveiled special opportunities in honour of St Valentine’s Day 2025.
Those who live in Chester and others from further afield can now book luxury events at the award-winning accommodation option ahead of the day dedicated to love and romance.
On both Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15, the hotel’s premier restaurant will present a premier event entitled simply “Valentine’s Day at Arkle”. Elliot Hill, the elite eatery’s executive chef, has fashioned an unforgettable experience. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling Gusbourne as they arrive before indulging in a seven-course evening dinner inspired by the season. To accompany the courses, an optional wine flight can be served that was carefully selected by the Arkle’s sommelier.
The price of dining is £135 per person, or £210 with a wine flight. Booking a reservation requires a £50 deposit, and spaces are limited at the events.
Those seeking a chance to reinvigorate themselves with opulence and rest can also embark on The Chester Grosvenor’s “Romantic Spa Journey” for just £90. Offering another indulgent way to celebrate St Valentine’s Day, the event takes place at the Hotel’s much-loved relaxation retreat “The Spa”.
Guests of the experience can select a luxe treatment that lasts 45 minutes and can choose to pamper just themselves or share the session with their special someone. Treatments on offer include a back massage, an Indian head massage, pedicure, manicure or facial.
Afterwards, guests will be able to enjoy a glass of wine and a delicious single-course lunch at La Brasserie, the hotel’s other award-winning restaurant. The Chester Grosvenor can be found in Eastgate, Chester.
