Regional charity North West Cancer Research has announced that its iconic festive shopping fundraiser, known as “The Christmas Bazaar”, will be held at Chester Racecourse in November.
Over two days, the upcoming event invites residents and visitors to Chester to browse more than 40 stalls, well-stocked with a diverse array of one-of-a-kind Christmas gifts.
The hand-selected stalls will be providing plenty of present ideas for attendees, including handcrafted jewellery, leather and silk accessories, cashmere clothing, high-quality books, stationery, art, clothing and much more.
CEO for North West Cancer Research, Alastair Richards, commented:
“The Christmas Bazaar is undoubtedly our most successful and eagerly awaited event in the calendar, so we are excited to bring it to a new location. It’s also the perfect way to kick off Christmas and do all of your shopping under one roof!”
Every stallholder participating in the event has pledged to donate 10% of its profits to North West Cancer Research, which provides essential funding for lifesaving research to improve care, tackle the causes of cancer and discover a cure.
Those visiting the festive shopping event will be asked for an entry fee of £5. This admission cost will go straight to the regional charity and allows the ticket bearer to enjoy entertainment and refreshments across both days. There is also free parking available to shoppers on site.
This 2022 Christmas Bazaar can be found at Chester Racecourse’s County Stand next Tuesday, November 1 (2:00 pm to 8:30 pm) and Wednesday, November 3 (9:30 am to 3:00 pm).
